Im not sure if I am on the right board, but here is my problem... My 3 year old went in for her 3 year physical about a month ago. The only issue we were having was her being whinny and irritable, but thats just her. Her doctor said it was time for her to have a lead test done so we went ahead and had her blood drawn. The lead test was fine but the CBC came back with a few highs and lows. The doctor said it was nothing but he wanted to retest in a month. Now she has had her second CBC that also has the highs and lows. I called and left a message with the doctor, but a nurse called back and left me a message that said the CBC was normal. Here are both of the CBC's, should I worry, or should I just drop it.

I don't think there is any cause for concern by the amounts, but I would definitely ask to set up a call with the doctor for 5 minutes to go over the specifics of your concerns.
I think the RBC count could be low because your child didn't have enough iron that day or something, which can then affect the platelets.
I'm not a doctor though so just ask your doctor the specifics. I would if I were in your shoes.
