I've been reading all over the internet about Bio T Ref range. I read it was 66-417 ng/dl. When mine was test was done the range said it was 110-575 ng/dl. I read elsewhere that the low adult range is 128 ng/dl. But I also read that some dr's use <70 ng/dl. That's a lot of confusing information. Then to add more confusion, some Bio T tests are calculated (from SHBG & Albumin) and others are direct assay.
Does anyone have any insight on a doumented cutoff value or any idea what is a "standard" Bio T ref range?
Mine came back at 143 and I'm worried that the Dr won't do a TRT trial.
Thanks for any help.........
