I’m about to embark on the testosterone replacement adventure and was strongly considering the use of pellets inserted under the skin. This Dr. utilizes “SolloPellets”. My question is simple, what has been your experience and do you recommend this method?
Thanks

I have no experience with them. I do have one reservaton on trying something like that. The problem I see is that you will find that T replacement is very much an art, not a science. You are constantly changing doses, adding or trying new things, etc...to optimize how you feel. It is far from perfect at this time. If you do pellets it seems like you are stuck for a long time without the ability to change your dose.

My doctor, a leading doc in the field, refers to pellets as the stone age of TRT. You would probably be better of with newer forms of treatment.

Yeah...beware....I have read that the biggest problem is if the dose if too high or too low.. THe Dr will need to go back in and add more or remove some or all.... as much as I hated the idea of shots before, it really is not that big of a deal and seems to work pretty well... plus like HF said you can always adjust the dose and timing..something you certainly cannot do with pellets....
good luck.
