The purpose of the foreskin is to protect the glans and keep it moist. So it should really not be retracted permanently. Explain how you manage to keep the foreskin back, as this should move back to its original position when flacid. You might cause irritation of the foreskin that can cause discomfort. Be happy with your sensative glans. Some men have to little. Good luck.

As long as you can easily pull the foreskin back over the head when ever you want, it doesn't matter! Usually, if the foreskin is loose, the way that it should be, it's not going to stay back for very long, without slipping again covering your head. But, if you have a tight foreskin, theres a good chance, that it will just get tighter over time. You should continue to stretch it, pulling it back and forth daily.

It won't do any harm at all. Loads of guys do it. Some have naturally short foreskins which expose all or most of the glans anyway (so it's not true that it's meant to 'protect' the glans!); some choose to keep theirs pulled back for a variety of reasons. It's also supposed to be part of the culture in Japan, and I gather among some AmerIndians.
I have kept mine pulled back for over 10 years with absolutely no ill effects, and I know many others who have done the same - some even started doing so pre-puberty - and I have even come across a couple of docs who do so, and recommend it.

I don't know if it would do any harm but I would think probably not. Personally I don't find it confortable pulled back for no reason. I mean I do retract when I urinate and when having sex but otherwise I like my head covered. How do you keep it pulled back for a long time anyway? Mine seems to naturally go back to covering the head. As far as the head being sensitive, it's get's less so if you retract every time you go to the bathroom, or do some stretching exercises.
