Is your hair dry and damaged due to you using too much product/straightening/dying?

If you have looked after your hair and it's still dry and damaged looking it could be anything due to poor diet, lack of vitamins/minerals, hormonal issuesm, thyroid problem.

If it's bad due to mistreatment, then you might need a good cut and regular conditioning treatments along with a gentle shampoo and a rich conditioner.

If it's due to diet, vitamins, hormones, or thyroid, then using a particular shampoo will not correct your hair. You need to fix the underlying problem first.

Pantene was a terrible shampoo for me, it made me lose a lot of hair. I threw it straight in the trash.

I agree with Audry's post. It would help to have some regular conditioning treatments. First a good conditioner is put on your hair. Then a plastic cap is placed over it and sit under a hair dryer for twenty minutes. Then the conditioner is washed out. My hair is colored every few weeks and it really gets dryed out sometimes. A good conditioning treatment works wonders. Take care.

Be warned.. Pantene DOES fade your dyed colour out.
