Symptoms:

- Slow urine flow rate (life long).
- Strain/pressure in lower abdomen when I urinate.
- Smelly penis.
- Leaks "pre-cum" at odd times.
- Body odor.
- Bad breath.
- Dandruff (not really an issue anymore).
- Penile pearly papules.
- Penis (noticably) curves to the left.
- Ejactulate smell is putrid.

Any ideas?

I don't know how these come together, and when I went to the doctor, they didn't know what was the problem, but there obviously is one.

Could it be something strange in your diet? Some foods or meds can make urine smell strange so I suppose the same could happen to semen. It could also account for other odors. The bent penis is not abnormal unless it has a severe bend in one spot. The PPP is also not abnormal since it is fairly common.

I agree, sounds like your diet or Meds could be causing teh odors.

part of it might be meatal stenosis...the difficulty urinating.
If it is meatal stenosis causing part, there is also an infection or something else going on, which is causing the bad smell.
