Is there anyone out there with this same problem? It causes shortness of breath, and a dull ache. What can be done about it?:confused:

try heat, deep slow breathing and if you wear a bra, lose it. related to fibro? who knows. i quit wearing a bra years ago due to the pain it caused. found out a couple of years ago it was costo. yet i do have times when i know it is fibro messing with me there. i can tell the difference. costo grabs my whole ribcage and fibro is one sided.
call your doctor if you are concerned. better to check it out and have your peace of mind.
