Hello, I am new to this board. I read some of your posts and it make me very sad to see how many kids are not doing well... What can worse for parents and grandparents to see that? So sorry...

My daughter has a little Jacob, he is 3 month old.
We noticed after he was born that he gets seems like a muscle spasms and than his little head jerks for a second. We realized right the way that something must be wrong.
At first they scared us telling that he needs to have CT to check if he has neuroblastoma. It was negative Thank God.

Today he saw Neurologist and Dr believes he got Myoclonus condition. I went on Internet and read - this can be such debilitating condition causing seizures and other serious problem for life.

Can somebody share with grandma their experience with this disease and what this is exactly and how kids are doing leaving with it.
We are so devastated as you can imagine; we appreciate any input.

Thank you in advance and God bless you and your kids!!!

Sincerely,
Moldova
