hey im 21 only 2days ago i found a large hard lump on my upperarm not sure wot it is,but havnt feelin myself sick,dizzy,tired poundin headaces and my eye goes funny cant even contrate on the screen very well.any ideasxx

It ''might'' be a lipoma. This is nothing serious, benign, and is basically just a lump of fat and generally one leaves them alone, unless they grow too large. However, I'm ''not'' diagnosing you (nor would I). I suggest you go to a doctor to get it checked out, for your own peace of mind.

Where exactly on your arm is it? Outside part, inside part, near shoulder, near elbow? And, is it extremely firm to the touch or somewhat soft. Is it movable...that is, can you kind of move it around under the skin or does the skin slide over it but the lump stays stationary?

As montesflus said, it could very simply be a lipoma, which are usually benign, but just in case, I would definitely have it checked out asap.
