I just got it and I love it. There is an attachment to your ipod and a sensor that you put in or on your shoe and it measures your distance and has all kinds of other cool functions like setting goals and a 'power song' for when you're feeling tired. mod-anon 06-06-2008, 04:25 PM Please read and follow the posting rules. I have just brought Nike + iPod Sport thing :) china_roses 06-13-2008, 11:29 PM You can also buy a Garmin watch. They are amazing. They tell you how fast you are running the mile and how far you've been running. If need be, the watch can also help you train. It will beep at you if you get below say, a seven minute mile. It has helped me out a lot! |
