Can anyone please tell me if they experience the following symptoms with fibromyalgia: severe muscle pain/muscle spasms specifically in the chest and numbness/tingling in hands.

Hi Jan77, I do get the severe muscle pain and the numbness in my hands and feet. Have you seen a doctor lately? If not you should ask to have some test done. I just had an MRI of my brain done and a lot of blood work but I am still waiting on my results. My primary doctor diagnosed me with Fibromyalgia but I guess my neurologists just wanted to make sure that's what I really have. I hope that helps you. :)

Hi. I do get what feel like stitches in my chest, like the kind you would get from running in your side, but, obviously, in my chest. I do not get numbness and tingling in my hands, but I do get numbness in the tips of my toes, oddly enough. My doctor's think it's from Raynaud's Phenomenon.

Hi, I have the same pain but not in the chest, i have pain in my feet, hands, fingers, knees, thighs. elbows and back.
last weekend i went out and danced and when i left the club i could hardly walk my feet were so sore. There are some nites were i wake and both my hands are numb.
