I think you are posting about gynecomastia, male breasts. If the growth is glands, then they are real breasts. If they are just fat they may go away with diet.

If you are a teenager they may go away. If you are fat, you can reduce them with weight loss.

Millions of men have boobs. They usually have high estradiol E2, & low testosterone. Reducing the E2 & increasing the testosterone may stop the growth.

The only way a non-fat adult male can lose them is surgery. It cost about $7000.00 in the USA.

My right one, a "C", is a size larger than the left.

Many males have sexually sensitive breasts.

I'm neither fat nor thin. I play good football,cricket...I'm good at running(100m,200m,1500m..)....But the only obstacle is the extra chest...But both the chests gets balanced when i'm shivering or if the weather is so cold. . . Why is that?..Is there any other way other than surgery?...

I do smoke but not drink.....And i'm having 4 meals a day....Just small amount of meals. . .I'm working now. . .
