define "good" therapies...
it really depends on your stage too.. you go to your gyno regularly, right?

I'm interested in alternative therapies as well. I have high risk HPV w/mild dysplasia. My doctor said that most likely, because I'm young and the dysplasia is mild, that my body will probably be able to suppress the virus on its own.
Of course, I'm planning on regular paps, etc., but would be interested if there were ways (diet, vitamins, homeopathic medicine etc.) that I could give my immune system a boost.
Also, I know smoking is a huge no-no (for more reasons than just my HPV), but is there anything else anyone's doctors have told them to avoid?

Oh I have TONS of nutritional health articles and stuff!!
A REALLY good read is a book called "Superfoods". My aunt gave it to me after her battle of breast cancer.. she too wanted to use food to fight her condition and she's doing quite well.. it has detailed information about foods, what vitamins they carry and how they affect your body (immunity, mood, health, alertness, etc.) I've only just started reading it myself because I wanted an immunity boost.. I would highly recommend you at least read it and see how you feel about it.. It's a good read if nothing else.
I'm pretty sure boosting your good dieting and exercise is the best weapon you can have.. stay out of recycled air (cars, indoors, etc) when you can and don't stress out (lowers immunity) and essentially take it easy..
I've heard of naturalist doctors that use homeogenic (sp?) medicines to cure diseases and such.. I wouldn't say it's an extreme decision to visit one and get their suggestions.. there's really never "too much good" you can do for your health..
