tata33,
I have muscular dystrophy. And I get heart palpitations. I see you've posted about palpations before. I don't feel the palpitations are related to my MD. They started LONG before my MD symptoms. I know for a fact the fluttering in my chest is caused by factors that I can usually control......caffeine, decongestants, and low blood sugar (lack of eating), These all cause my heart to flutter and make me feel really strange. I love coffee in the morning but I have to limit myself to one cup. Likewise if I take a decongestant, the stimulant effect usually gives me palpitations. Because of this I take only antihistamines like Coricidin HBP (of course this makes me sleepy). No Sudafed or Afrin spray.
I don't know if this info will help or not, but it helps me a bit.

Well I am scheduled to go to a doctor that deals with md in July. I have been having problems with hormones since hysterectomy in Jan. and I also have problems with blood sugar getting low alot if I don't eat right and soon enough. It is really scary cause I feel funny alot and it is hard to explain it. I don't know what is causing it sometimes it happens with sugar sometimes I can just be sitting and doing nothing so I don't know what it is. I really want to find out cause it is just like everything feels like it stops for a few seconds and kinda feel like I could pass out but it just lasts long enough for me to get scared. And the more relaxed I am the more problems I have with all of it including stomach problems too.
