Hi I have been diagnosed with hsv-1 on my genitals. I have had it for over two years and have outbreaks usually at least 1-3 time a month. It is really upsetting.

I was wondering what natural supression thereapy you guys and gals have used to keeps them away.

I did a search on the internent and I saw two that were interesting. First was stabilized liquid oxygen taken orally. And the other was viraderm. Viraderm is a topical ointment that is applied to outbreaks and supposed to keep them from coming back in that area. So in other words you'll have to wait till you have an outbreak then apply on outbreaks.

I would appreciate all help. I'm just so darn sick of dealing with these outbreaks then waiting a week to heal, just to find out while I'm treating one outbreak another comes in Thank you all!

Hi there,
I dont know what other people do, but check out a thread called Garlic Oil. I have had really good luck with it as have lots of other people, you might want to give it a try.
Take good care!
