Sponsor Paddy55 06-18-2008, 09:46 PM S77 - Sorry you are feeling so much yucky pain. I think you said this is tendinitis pain? I was wondering if that is diagnosed or not? The symptoms you mention are certainly important enough to go get checked out by a doc, if you have not done so already. They appear in lots of different conditions. If there truly is tendinitis, then physiotherapy helps. Icing, rest, and support for the tendons as the inflammation reduces are the simple ways. There are meds of course as well. But I would definitely check it out with a doc first, and then ask for a physio referral if possible. Hope that helps, Paddy |
