they think Im completely paranoid and I think they probably laugh about my persitence.

I dont care. The people on this board seem to know more about herpes that the nurses and doctors Ive have spoken to.

here are so qoutes from doctors:

1) "herpes doesnt manifest itself with a discharge or buring urination"

2) "Ive never heard of paer cut like marks indicating herpes"

3)"the red skin on your penis doesnt seem like anything disease that is sexually tranmitted"

4) "stress and axiety can cause all these problems to happen...its all in your head...your tests are negative...now get outta here you goofball....your'e fine" (HOW THE F%ck can stress cause a uretheral discharge)


PS I have mentioned muscle/joint aches to these doctors and they look at me like I am making it up.

They have specifically told me not to listen to or believe anything that I read on this board!!!!!!!!! They say to stay off the internet.

Don, I have one advice for you: RELAX! From what you've described, it doesn't sound like you have herpes. The tests came back negative also. Why are you freaking out like this? Did you have unprotected sex with this girl? Just ask her to get a test if you are so concerned, but so far it sounds like you're driving yourself crazy for nothing. It could indeed be something like a fungal infection (herpes has nothing to do with coated tongue or blurry vision), but you might really be ok and just obsessing about every little thing. Even if you had it, you can still get married and have children. My ex-fiance who gave this to me is now married. Also, women tend to be very understanding about this, as long as you're a good guy. I am an example of someone who was understanding (to my own detriment, I admit, but it would have been worth it if my ex had married me). Again, I doubt you have anything.

Yeah buddy I don't think u have herpes either. I know what u mean about the doctors tho, they are pissin me off too. I have heard the same things as you. I've basically heard the same quotes as u, and I also think it's Bull Sh**. They have no idea what they're talkin about when they tell u not to believe what u see or tell u here. Unfortunately we're going thru these things and they're not, so they shouldn't be sayin that. Especially on this site u have people who can offer u better insight than most doctors. But I'll tell u this. Take another test at week 12, maybe again at week 16. If those are negative consider urself in the clear. If u keep having problems down there, go to a different doctor. But like I said don't get too stressed out over all this. Especially since u already got a negative result.
