If you had a ct scan of your lungs in FEB 08 and it was all clear. Is it possible for a pancoast tumor to grow by May 08 and cause shoulder problems?

I asked my doctor to send me for one. She didn't want to, but I just wanted to be sure. I was having mild chest pain and some mid back pain. She sent me to give me peace of mind. Which it did, until this shoulder thing popped up. Then I was right back on the internet,researching.
