My sister in law had a sudden onset of shortness of breath. Her oncologist sent her for
a stress test and it was normal so now she's to see a pulmonologist.
Can it be the medication?

This could be from so many different reasons. It is good that she is seeing several doctors. It might be a good idea to request a chest xray if one has not already been done. Good luck - I hope and pray for good things.
