I recently got a call saying my girlfriend has HPV, she blames it on me so I am going to get tested, how long does it take to show up? is it possible it could be from a previous boyfriend and maybe she got it like 2 years ago but it just is showing up now?

That is quite possible.. it is also quite possible she got it from you.. as far as I know there are no test for men and the only way you can know you have it is if A) you can assume you had it if you've had unprotected sex with someone who was infected B)if you have warts. She hardly has a way of knowing exactly where the virus came from unless you are the only person she had ever slept with..
One girl on the board had been faithfully married for 16 years before she discovered she had it (and he didn't step out on her either).. understand though, she is probably really upset and wants to find blame..
I'm sorry you guys are going through this. I hope you two are close enough to support each other, and she will need support as this virus is scary for women.
Anyway.. I hope that helps you..

In any case, if she has it, you've been exposed, so you need to make sure you tell anyone you sleep with in the future that you may have HPV and that they should consider getting vaccinated if they haven't, use protection, and ALWAYS get their yearly paps.

It must be frustrating for guys not being able to be tested.
