I want to try the Herbs for Kids with my 2 yr. old. I was just wondering if anyone has tried this, and if so...do you give it to them everyday, even if they're healthy? Or do you only give it when they are coming down with something?

I use Herbs for Kids. Which product are you referring to? I give Alexa echinacea often, and especially if I think she may have anything. She had never been sick, I am boost her immune system and anything that thinks about invading her body has been fought off immediately. I used the Calm Comfort when we were flying with her to help to sleep naturally. I am thinking about trying to use it at night to calm her down and make her sleepy because she recently began fighting going to sleep at night. I have used the temp-assure on myself when I got the flu a few weeks ago. I actually just got myalgia or severe body aches and the chills. I used every home, natural rememdy and it was gone within 24 hours. The echinacea is something they can have everyday in preparation of the fall/winter sick season or if they need their immune boosted. You can use a bottle until it is gone and wait a few months.
