I was notified today that I was denied again.
I don't have the letter as to what the reasons are yet, can't wait to read that!!!
So it's back to the Appeals Council again. At least I don't have to go to Federal Court this round. I thought maybe I would.

So the first thing I did was to fire my good for nothing lawyer. Second thing I have to do is chase down my file and see just what the Judge had in front of him. My lawyer never did that.

I can't get mine on CD like some of you have because my case was filed before they did that. Mine is a paper file.
Anybody out there had to do that??? If so, I would love some advice.

I'm sorry to hear your news. Don't give up! We'll be here rooting for you!

Are you sure you can't get a cd? I did most of my apps on paper, and they're all on the cd. Some of the files on the cd are my paper files scanned in, in my own handwriting. They may have scanned your files into their system. Did they tell you no cd is possible? If not, you might want to check into it.

I am so sorry you are denied. Hang in there and keep fighting. don't give up. You will eventually get award benefits. You need get a copy of your file and see what was said.

I am sorry you got denied, I'll be rooting for you also.

All of your file can be scanned and copied to a cd, It will be a lot, but worth it in the end, You might be able to do it yourself, once you get a copy of your files.
