Hi, Was at my hairdressers last week and we have noticed for a wile now that my hair has been falling out. Its horrible, stressful and quite worrying to think you could loose it all. Well she mentioned to me that in Poland and other Western Countries that for hair loss people use their own urine on their head! I have been researching this and this is called Urine Therapy.
I have started this as off last night and I am going to give this a good shot. Do a search for "Urine Therapy and Hair loss", you will see alot of information.
Any recruits or has anybody tried this? I will update you all in a few weeks.

Wouldn't it be more beneficial to find out what is causing your hair loss in the first place?
If the problem is internal, no matter what crazy ideas people come up with around the world, it will only be a bandaid solution, rather than treating the actual cause.
My problem is predominantly related to my thyroid. No amount of pee on my scalp is going to help me unless i get my thyroid treated.

Hi, well I know most of you probably thought I was a bit mad with the urine thing but all I can say is so far so good.
It may be a coincidence but I tried it twice, day 1 people commented on how beautiful my hair was, day 2 I tried it and so much feel out for a good few washes so then I stopped.
I have changed nothing about my diet, actually it got worse, did so much excessive partying (which I did my 2nd urine a few days after which I think caused lots to fall out, bad urine if you understand), all-in-all I have not been taking care of me, did the pee thing twice and now I have soooo much new hair growing, its just brilliant and if any of you felt like I did it’s the worse feeling looking in the mirror and seeing your scalp, now I’m looking and I see new hair!
So its free and it worked for me.
My hair loss was def stress related, although my Mum also has problems, she hasn’t tried the urine thing yet because I told her that my hair was falling out more now, I will ask her to try it and see how it goes.
As I say maybe it’s a coincidence but urine therapy (not drinking just putting on head) seems to have done the trick. Its full of good vitamins
