Anyone know if the SSD website to check your claim status is accurate and updated daily?

the one thing i found out using that during my wait was that its pretty useless. you can also only access it if you started your process online,or thats the way it was back in 03. i actually got a phone call from ssd asking questions about my son and finding out right then that i had finally been awarded benefits,but amazingly,that site,which i did continue to check just to see if that thing was even actually active,did not state anything different about my case until like two weeks after that pnone call from them. so who really knows,ya know? personally i think they put it there so people wont keep calling them and asking questions about whether or not they have been approved yet? you know what i mean? it was just WAY off for my case anyways.Marcia
