hi,i have problem with my hair.near about 2 and half year before i had small hair but straight then i was using head and shoulder no condiotioner but now they are medium in lenght now they become so puffy and so straight now i am using dove shampoo and conditioner but they are puffy and slight straight please tell me some thing what to do to make them silky smooth and straight please tell me i realy don't like my these puffy hair please help
