Got my denial yesterday. It's not a surprise. My atty. said I would probably be denied again. He thinks I will win when I go before the judge. They gave the same old reasons. Can sit and stand enough to work. They didn't look at any of the records which show my pain or failed back surgery. They looked at the same old records. Even though expected it is still a big disappointment. My appeal took 11 months just so they could deny. I know my atty. said court dates were 13 months behind and that was last year. Very depressing.............

Just wanted to let you know that I feel your pain - I'm in the same boat with the denial and the failed back syndrome. Lovely isn't it?

Did you use an attorney on appeal?

I don't understand how they can only consider previous and dated information on your condition to make a conclusion at this point. UUGH.

well lot's of luck to you on your hearing. Just hang in there. I was just approved after 4 years of waiting. It has taken a large weight off of me.

Hessie I am so sorry about the denial but don't give up. You already have a lawyer working for you so that is good. I will hope and pray for you that it doesn't take another year before you get to see the Judge.
