Not likely. Most HPV infections cause absolutely no symptoms at all (which is one reason it is so easily spread). When there are symptoms, it is usually fairly late in the game and mainly consist of genital warts (for some strains) and abnormal pap tests (for others).
If you are feeling fatigue, I would look for another cause. Many illnesses can cause it, including colds and flu, depression, etc. If you have access to a doctor, a visit there might be warranted.

You may feel tired with HPV if you are stressed out or depressed about it, but it's not an actual effect from the virus itself.. tiredness would just be the way you're emotionally reacting maybe.. but go to a doctor if you are concerned.
