any remedy or cures to eliminate this problem would be appreciated, no itching of any kind they are flaky,which means you can scratch the skin from the top of the white spot which leaves them with a matt finish not shiny. research so far indicates it could be something called TINEA VERSICOLOR any other suggestions please.
