I have been prescribed Rozarem. It helps a lot btu the next day I ams till sleepy and feel like a zombie. Is this something that will go away after a few days or will it be like this for good. This is my third night I have taken. The first, I felt fine, the second and now the third I still feel sleepy.
It has helped me sleep though.

RedMan,
Most people I've talked to about their sleep aids say that the morning-after grogginess improves after being on the medication for an extended period. How extended just depends on you and how much sleep you are able to get each night. Remember that Rozarem, Ambien, Lunesta, etc., all recommend that you get 7-8 hours of sleep after taking them. Are you doing that?
The other thing is, you might be able to reduce your dose and still sleep, and minimize your feeling of being foggy the next day.
If you aren't doing better after a month, I'd talk to you doctor about your dosage or perhaps switching to another med. Don't forget the possibility of sleep apnea contributing to your daytime fatigue---many people don't know they have it and that it's the cause for their tiredness.
Good luck, and let us know how you're doing.
Blessings,
TexMom
