Hi, all.
In the last few months, I've had extremely dehydrated skin. Not dry, but dehydrated, meaning a lack of water, not oil. No matter how much moisturizer I put on, my skin still looks congested and weathered. It's not very supple and when I lift it, there are visible lines.
I've had innumerable theories as to why this is, but I think my latest may be correct. I think it's from drinking coffee. The thing is, I don't drink that much coffee. I only have one, maybe two cups a day. Still, after drinking it, my skin feels a lot tighter than it did before drinking it.
I'm not 100% certain if this is the reason I've developed dehydrated skin, but I'm wondering if anyone else has had any similar problem.
