I dunno if anyone else has similar symptoms like these. It's not that I feel something is contaminated and will hurt me or others (which is often the case with most ocd patients) it's that I can't use the object even after it's been cleaned or sanitized, if it's in my posession I literally feel weak and lightheaded, and suffer from mild to sever headaches. I don't necessarly fear germs or bacteria, it's almost like a fear where the germs/bacteria originally came from, did they come a scab on my arm? ( severity 1-10 about a 1) or a bodily fluid like urine or worse (severity 1-10 about 8-10 depending). I would rather rub my hands with raw poultry than touch anything I came into contact with after using the restroom even for a second.
