usually i have free bowel movements usually twice a day. recently it started out that after having lunch within one hr feel urge to go and then have an explosive bowel movement. theres lot of sound coming up
and to go like that during work its getting shamefull
am i having some problem. is this any disease

I have a similar problem. I think it's IBS.
