well i went to my DR. and had some blood work done and that's what i got back. . my doc say that it's normal to have thoughs readings that i dont have herpes .

balanoposthitis is what i might have he says, because i am NOT cercumsized (sp?), i went to him after i noticed lil tiny red spots on the side of my penis head, and lil 1-2 other spots on the head it's self to the side. . just curious if i have HSV-2 because it say's 0.23 shouldnt it be at ZERO? help!

First thing you have to do is calm down.

I wondering why you doubt what your doc said.

Here is a suggestion, go to your local county health clinic. They usually have an STD clinic and trust me they see it all. If you don't feel comfortable with that, go see another doctor and bring your original test results.

well the thing is it's just a spot or 2 on the side of my penis head. . they dont itch, puss or anything, that's why he thinks they are just fungus or whatever, it's not really that red, more pinky redish if that makes sense. .

Dunze, herpes scares all of us but it's not the end of the world. Susie is right: you need to calm down and stop panicking about this. Your symptoms are certainly not typical of herpes, so it's not the most likely diagnosis that would come to mind. Give your treatment for balanoposthitis a chance to work and see what happens.

The blood tests: I don't even pretend to understand the numbers of blood test results, but I do know that they have to reach a certain level before they're considered to indicate a herpes infection. If you're still worried a few months from now, get the blood test done again to be sure. In the meantime, follow your doctor's advice and treatment.

now i got another dilema


i just masterbated since i got these red dots /sores, i have masterbated before when they where there but nothing happened they got alil redder but that's bout it. .next day they were back to normal.. but ..


this time my whole penis burned, when i ejaculated i couldnt even *** completely because the BURNING sensation was too much ! and the red dot's got bigger and looks like craters now instead of 2 lil ones there a big one and 2 othere ones alil smaller.. NOW i am SCARED is this HERPES!? did i just activate it !?? or is this normal for the BALA, ifu have it and ejaculate? im freaking out, need to come down..

Anything I know about the diagnosis your doc gave you I would get from the internet; you can get it there too. I'm not a doctor but I doubt you have herpes. I don't know why you're so convinced that you have it but not every sore, mark or problem in the genital is herpes...or even an STD. If you're still in this state tomorrow (of panic) go back and see your doctor and get him to (1) examine you again and (2) explain to you in more detail why he thinks you don't have herpes.

okay thank you! i am worried because i had sex w/ 3 girls back to back, protected FOR THE MOST PART but in the beginging for like the 1st min i really dont use one because they were kind of tight. .

1st girl wasnt sexually active for a year NEITHER WAS I, i had gotten a HIV test 6months prior and i was fine,as far as symptoms we never complained or saw anything that looked like an STD so we where fine. we did it raw a couple times but the worst thing that happned was that we thought she was preganut that's it. .

2nd girl was my EX, we did it raw of course cuz that's my EX, and has only be w/ me and one other dude and hasnt had any sign's etc. it was only like a 15min thing because she felt bad bout having sex. PERSONAL THING i guess

3rd girl was only w/ one other dude prior to myself, we used a condom all the time except for the 1st, she didnt have sex in a while and was very tight so it was hard to get in her w/ the condom but after that it was condom all the time. .

i really have no reason to worry i guess the odds are in my fav, in way but still i have never had these symptoms before and it's scares me. . i am not like this, i was just caught up in some Bull etc, and wound up having sex w/ these 3 girls offten

i am not cercumsized, and at the time i wasnt really being vern hygentic, i couldnt take shower's offten because by the time i got home from work theres no hot water in my place, and i was too tired so i would goe a couple of days' w/ out cleaning my area. . that's what i think started it . . so i just PRAY TO GOD it's all fungus or whatever and CAN GO AWAY,

okay well right now everything is fine the sores/red dots are back to normally only took a couple of hours.. but for some reason ihad some discharge, seemen maybe? i was chilling w/ this hottie that i am talking too and i got an erection and i felt the tip of my penis mosite did i *** ^? because i feel like my penis is alil bloated inflamated . . blah! any ideas' ?

Um, I know we usually talk more explicitly about sexual and physical things in the process of talking about herpes and STDs (which I'm fine with), but I think this is bordering on more information than I need to know. LOL Again: if you're still worried (which you obviously are) then you need to see a doctor.

I'd really like to know more about your symptoms. I'm in almost exactly the same position, as far as having sex with a couple of people back to back and also having small red/pinkish dots on the sides on my penis.

Can you tell me a little bit more about the symptoms you were having, and if you doc said it was Herpes or not. I'm going through excatly the same thing and Don't have a clue wheather it's Herpes or Not. My symptoms are the same. I have redish/pink dots that appear and then go away after a day or two, sometimes faster. I have not ichting, or nothing else, but Am clearly afraid that it may be Herpes. I'm getting myself tested soon but would like to know if you have concluded that it was Herpes. Thanks.
