Whenever my feet get cold, I feel actual pain! I don't understand that!
I'm on my feet all day at work but have been for years so I don't think that's it.
I also notice that the muscles in my left leg feel weak and uncomfortable about 1/2 way through the workday.
This started about 2months ago. Any ideas out there??

I have aching pain in my feet when they get cold. My feet get cold in temperatures that are not that cold due to nerve conduction problems stemming from spine problems. There's nothing I can do but keep my feet warm, wear warm socks especially in cold weather.

I'm hoping to find out why I have this. What could cause it. Especially the muscle weakness in my left leg.
