Over the last 2 months I have been experiencing pain on the left side of my back, by my shoulder blade, the pain is moderate like a 5 or 6 on the pain scale and can work its way up to a 7 or 8. One of the hardest part of this health issue is that when I breath, a typically deep breathe I have pain that rotates to the front, in my ribs, and causes chest pain. Does anybody else have this with fibro, how common is it?

I had it for about 1 month and 2 days, and then it got better and gave me a break, then yesterday I could feel it was coming back and here I am again in bed, with a heating pad on my back.

When I put it in the computer I was a little surprised to see it automatically came up with fibro, but I was wondering who else has it, and how do you and your doctor treat it? I took ibuprofen this morning, and a new muscle relaxant, skelaxin. I hope it helps, right now I am in bed with the boys watching movies. What a bummer!:(
