I would definitely make a dental appointment and get it looked at by your dentist as he/she will be the only one who can give you the professional advice and more info on how to treat the problem correctly.

-Stop drinking acidic foods & drinks - stop coke, lemonade ,any fizzy drink,juices(pineapple,orange,apple-all of them)wine, even sports drinks like Gaterade etc they are actually one of the worst !manderins,oranges,lemons,lime,tomato ONLY drink water and milk.

-See your dentist asap

-There is this great stuff by Recaldent called tooth moose that you can use after brushing to strengthen enamel & help with sensitivity.

-Never whiten teeth (takes enamel off) don't even use whitening tooth paste , Its no good
