whenever i get sleep paralysis i get a loud ringing in my ears followed by a sensation in my side that begins to feel like pain but is something else i cant explain. this is followed by feeling as though i am being picked up by someone which is then followed by the hallucinations such as feeling a presence in he room and seeing someone or something move about staring at me, is this normal and what is the most probable cause? i am 17 and this has been happening regulary for a few months.
