I am one month today postop excision of plantar fibromas on my left foot. How long was it, in general, before you all were able to walk without a shoe on (barefoot or with a sock)? I still have to put on my boot and/or shoe when getting out of bed, out of shower, off the couch, etc. I'm just curious when you were able to just get out of bed and walk to the bathroom or kitchen without having to first put something on your foot. I live in a small apartment and thought that I would be able to go from like my bedroom to bathroom or couch to kitchen (no longer than 10 feet in any direction) by now. I know I may never be able to go barefoot for long periods outside and such but what about around the house?
