Well they aren't great by any means, but they are better then last time. Dr. asked me if I was doing anything different then last time and I told her I just cut back a bit more on my carbs., & eat oatmeal each morning. Naturally she would like to shove me on something for the cholesterol, but knowing my lousy side effects, just told me to keep doing what I'm doing, as at least it is coming down, VERY slowly, but down. I really haven't changed my diet at all, still eat my meats, veggies and fruit, but also got to have that pasta once a week. What can I tell ya, I have to have some vice! http://www.healthboards.com/ubb/smile.gif
