Ok, long story short about two years ago I thought I had a wart on my penis. I went to the doctor and he said I had genital warts and burned off. He also gave me Aldara to put on top of it once it healed to make sure it didn't come back. I got kinda paranoid and started putting the Aldara on multiple spots that I thought looked like warts. A couple months later I went to another doctor which tested me for HPV and told me I never had gentital warts... So I have no idea what they burned off.

We'll a week ago I noticed a bump on the shaft of my penis. It was very small, probably the size of the sharp point of a tack. It looks dark brown in color if not a little purple. I had done a little bit of shaving a couple days earlier so I figured I just cut myself or something. We'll it's still here and I've noticed 3-4 more little dots. They don't seem to be growing in size, but my entire genital area is very itchy.

I am not on insurance at the moment so I cannot go to the doctor. I tried to find a free clinic, but it doesn't seem anyone does treatment for warts around here. Is genital warts the only thing this could be? Are there any side effects to Aldara that could give me these bumps because to me they look like the exact spots I put the Aldara cream on two years ago.
