My doc put me on Welchol because he knows I have a statin phobia. Anyone here take it? Results of problems with it.......thanks.

They tried me on it but I couldn't take it. Got very bloated and constipated after 3 days. I even tried taking half the dose, still no good. I've heard that Questran or Questran Lite is a little better but haven't tried that, as I have just given up on meds. We just don't seem to get along. Good luck!! :) JJ
