i been using the atenolol for 5 days and my bp drop immedietly to 120/80
but the problems are i am the breastfeeding mother i cannot tolerate with the sideeffects. Can i stop taking atenolol immedietly

Usually beta blockers have to be stopped over a period of time to avoid problems.
