I was with a girl who about 5 months ago had an abnormal pap smear and her doctor told her she had some lesions that she believed might be HPV. She received several treatments. I had between 20-30 sexual encounters with her afterwards without any protection. What is the likelihood that I would have HPV and is there any way to have myself tested to find out if I have it? I had some very small flesh colored bumps (about 5) above the penis in the pubic hair region. I haven't had any on the penis but I am still worried. Please let me know.

I'm sorry to say that your chances are really high that you caught it from her. It is an incredibly easy virus to transmit.

To get the bumps tested, you'll have to go to a doctor or clinic and they'll do a visual inspection and/or use a vinegar-type solution to check if it is HPV.

If you picked up one of the other strains - the type that don't cause warts but cause certain cancers (also very easy to get) it may be more difficult and I don't know what kind of testing they do on men to check for this.

I would just assume you have it and go get checked.

Your doctor is the only one who can tell you what it is, but is sounds like it's most likely low-risk HPV (genital warts) Whatever it is, it sounds like it needs to get checked out by a doctor.
