I have HPV and am being cured for it. Im not sure if i had or my partner. Once treated will it be safe to have intercourse with my partner again?

Do you have high-risk or low-risk?
If your partner doesn't already have it (which he probably does anyway), low-risk HPV could give him gential warts. High-risk probably won't affect him in any way (though there's a VERY small chance it could cause throat cancer.) He could also pass either strain to any future partners.
But as far as safeness for you, since you already have it (and I'm assuming you're being faithful to one another), nothing worse is going to happen if you continue to have sex.
