Hey everyone first off thanks for taking the time to read this. I have guardianship of my sister(mild retardation) she is 29yo. She has had loose bowels for a pretty long time but we have been blaming it on the Lexapro that she is taking because it did this to me. But they are more frequent now and she is having pain in stomach to the right, across from her belly button and sometimes gets a pain under her rib on her back. Now the pain in her tummy seems too low for gallbladder. She had a colonoscopy a little over a year ago and the doc found a pin worm. He sucked it up didn't find another one and gave her the 2 dose med for it. He didn't say anything else. So now she has an ultrasound scheduled for ovaries. We also have to do the stool samples. Her family doc said possible gastritis. Has anyone had these symptoms before? Its just the pain in the stomach and back doesn't quite go together to point to anything know what I mean? Anyway I would love yall's thought on this. Thanks so much!!

The under the rib pain to back sounds like gallbldder problems-- is it triggered by eating fatty food?? And, the mid abdo pain sound like colon spasms or cramping.

I get gastritis when I take antibiotic -- almost every time. For me it is more of a burning achy type pain and eating bothers it -- the treatment is a PPI like Prilosec 20mg daily. It may help if it's gastritis.
