Sure, unless you find that it irritates the warts and makes them hurt.

I would cover them up.. skin to skin contact with warts could just cause more.. that is to my understanding anyway. my bf has the same strain of hpv, but we had to cover my warts (he didn't have any actually) to ensure he wouldn't touch them..
