It does depend on the dosage of the hydrocodone that you are taking. Most doctors would suggest taking less than 3000mg/day of the acetaminophen and that includes everything including the Tylenol PM. The absolute max that one should take of acetaminophen is 4000mg/day but that level should not be continued long term.
Also please be aware that the Tylenol PM will add to the respiratory and drowsy effects of the hydrocodone. If you are too drowsy the next day you should decrease the Tylenol PM.
Also, the active ingredients in Tylenol PM are Tylenol(acetaminophen) and Benadryl. You could just take OTC Benadryl in order to cut down on how much acetaminophen you are taking. I take Benadryl at night in order to help me sleep plus it's a lot cheaper alternative.

:cool:They also make an advil PM, which has as Brian said, Benedryl (but with Advil (Ibuprofin) instead of the tylenol (acetominaphin) )
