I dont know how long i have had HPV but i found out when i started getting warts and i read that i could have been had it and it would have remained unnoticed until my immune system became weak for any reason.
Well i got pregnant in January and discovered warts in Feb/Mar. My doc said its pretty much nothing she can do since im pregnant and i understood that. Now in June it seems as thought they are going away on their own. I am due in Sept. and hoped that i could get treated right after delivery. Are they suppose to go away on their own? Ive heard that with treatment they fall off but i haven't noticed any falling off they are shrinking instead. Has anyone else experienced this before????

I had mine treated with a cream and they didn't fall off either.. they shrank.. it took 3-4 weeks for them to fully dissappear.. I don't know about them going away untreated though.. If you are concerned about them I would get a second opinion because I was under the impression that you can in fact have warts removed before giving birth... Are they planning to do a c-section instead?..

I would think they'd be able to do some treatments like freezing - I can't see that harming the baby. Maybe you should get a second opinion?
