Hey guys :) My brain is kind of mushy about certain things due to my meds and my general state of being. I know there are a lot of people who use six steps to reframe negative feelings and actions, but I don't particularly like that way of doing things. I had been using something that I vaguely recall having 3 steps, then I quit using it. Does anybody have any idea what this might be called or where I can find more info? It kind of involved identifying what upset me, stating why it upset me, and then doing something which I can't remember what it was :\ Silly me! Please help if you have any ideas.
