Which brand of fish oil are you taking?

Capsules or liquid?

Dosage?

Have you notice anything...improvements or side-effects?
-------------
I was trying to decide which brand to buy from vitaminshoppe.com but I soon realized I didn't know enough.

I ended up buying a salmon oil (capsules). It said the serving size was one capsule and the strength was 1000mg. How can that be when the EPA was 80mg and the DHA was 120 mg?

I am open to suggestions.

Thanks everyone.

I am not a follower of the Zone diet, but the ones I buy/use are:

http://www.enterthezone.com/site/content/guide_07_Omega3.asp

I take two capsules daily, one in the morning with breakfast, one in the evening with dinner. I also eat fish (salmon) at least twice a week.

I take Carlson's liquid Cod Liver oil (lemon flavored). I take about 2 teaspoons per day. I also eat fish 2-3 times per week, usually Salmon (wild Alaskan salmon preferred for higher Omega 3 levels vs. farm raised fish).
